Our bride and groom carefully crafted many DIY elements to the venue. Creating stunning table decor, signage, bar signs and more. Having a wedding day coordinator for such an event was an absolute must. There were so many moving parts to this wedding celebration, so it was important to fit all of the immersive elements in.
As the sun rose over the rolling hills of Mount William Station, anticipation filled the air. Every single detail had been meticulously planned for this special day. The stage was set for a truly unforgettable event. Half of the wedding guests had the privilege of staying onsite, immersing themselves in the rustic charm of the venue. Whilst the remainder were comfortably accommodated nearby.
Transportation logistics were seamlessly handled by the wonderful Christians Bus Company. Ensuring that all guests arrived safely and on time to partake in the festivities. From the moment they stepped off the bus, it was clear that this was no ordinary wedding – it was a weekend filled with love, laughter and cherished memories.
